Nevada Code § 503.185

Hunting accident causing injury or death of person or property damage: Report; revocation of license

1. Every person involved in a hunting
accident where damage to property results, or which involves the injury of or
death to another person, shall file a report of the accident with the
Department within 30 days after the accident. The report must be on the form
prescribed by the Department.
2. The Department shall revoke any hunting
license held by a person convicted of violating NRS 503.165 or 503.175 , if the violation results in an
injury to or the death of another person. The Department shall not issue
another such license to the person sooner than 2 years after the revocation.
