Nevada Code § 503.005

Manner of hunting: Killing bird or animal while flying in aircraft prohibited; exceptions; penalty

1. Except as otherwise provided in
subsection 2, a person shall not kill or attempt to kill any birds or animals
while flying in an aircraft.
2. The Commission may promulgate rules and
regulations whereby the Department may issue permits authorizing the hunting,
killing or nonlethal control of coyotes, bobcats or ravens from an aircraft.
3. Every person who willfully violates the
provisions of subsection 1 is guilty of a misdemeanor.
