Nevada Code § 495.200

Passage of title to corporation; public use

Upon the report of the commissioners being
filed for record as provided for in NRS
495.180 , and upon the payment or tender of the compensation and costs, as
prescribed in NRS 495.080 to 495.210 , inclusive, the real property, or
the right, title or interest therein, described in the report, shall become the
property of the corporation for the purpose of its incorporation, and shall be
deemed to be acquired for, and appropriated to, public use.
