Nevada Code § 495.140

Meeting of commissioners

1. The court shall appoint the time and
place for the first meeting of the commissioners, and the time for filing of
their report, and may give such further time as may be necessary for that
purpose, if they shall not then have completed their duties.
2. The commissioners, or a majority of
them, shall meet at the time and place as ordered, and, before entering on
their duties, shall be duly sworn to perform the duties imposed upon them
honestly, faithfully and impartially. Any one of them may issue subpoenas for
witnesses for either of the parties, and may administer oaths. The
commissioners may adjourn from place to place and from time to time, as may be
necessary for the proper discharge of their duties.
