Nevada Code § 494.080

Receipt and expenditure of money; contracts with United States and public agencies

1. The State is authorized:
(a) To accept, receive, receipt for, disburse and
expend federal and state moneys and other moneys, public or private, made
available by grant or loan, or both, to accomplish, in whole or in part, any of
the purposes of this chapter.
(b) To enter into contracts and agreements with
the United States and other public agencies in connection with carrying out the
purposes of this chapter.
2. All federal moneys accepted under this
section shall be accepted and expended by the State upon such terms and
conditions as are prescribed by the United States and as are consistent with
state law.
