Nevada Code § 49.355

Voluntary disclosure; informer a witness

No privilege exists under NRS 49.335 or 49.345 if the identity of the informer or
the informers interest in the subject matter of his or her communication has
been disclosed by a holder of the privilege or by the informers own action, or
if the informer appears as a witness.
