Relevant training defined

Relevant
training means at least 20 cumulative hours of instruction in:
1. Ethics;
2. Civil and criminal laws relating to
domestic violence, sexual assault or human trafficking;
3. Relevant laws relating to
confidentiality of communication, as defined in NRS 49.2546 , and privileges pursuant to
this chapter;
4. Trauma-informed care; and
5. Any other relevant topics necessary to
meet the needs of victims of domestic violence, sexual assault or human
trafficking.
