Nevada Code § 489.756

Established place of business to display sign; contents; conformance to regulations

Each
established place of business, including each branch office of that business,
must display a sign that:
1. Includes the name under which business
is conducted pursuant to a license issued pursuant to this chapter; and
2. Conforms to any regulations adopted by
the Division relating to the size and placement of the sign.
