When the Administrator has paid from the Account any sum to the judgment creditor, the Administrator is subrogated to all other rights of the judgment creditor and the judgment creditor shall assign all his or her right, title and interest in the judgment to the Administrator and any amount and interest so recovered by the Administrator on the judgment must be deposited in the Account.
