Nevada Code § 489.357

License not to be used by person other than to whom issued; disciplinary action

1. A license issued pursuant to this
chapter must not be used for any purpose by any person other than the person to
whom the license is issued.
2. The holder of such a license shall not
assign, transfer or otherwise authorize the use of the license by any other
person.
3. In addition to any other remedy or
penalty authorized pursuant to this chapter, if the holder of a license
violates any provision of this section, the violation is cause for the
automatic cancellation and revocation of the license.
