1. If an inspection reveals that a used manufactured home, used mobile home, used manufactured building or used commercial coach is constructed or maintained in violation of this chapter, the Division may order its use discontinued and the used manufactured home, used mobile home, used manufactured building or used commercial coach, or any portion thereof, vacated. 2. The order to vacate must be served upon the person using the used manufactured home, used mobile home, used manufactured building or used commercial coach and copies of the order must also be posted at or upon each exit of the used manufactured home, used mobile home, used manufactured building or used commercial coach. 3. The order to vacate must include a reasonable time within which the violation may be corrected. 4. A person shall not occupy or use the used manufactured home, used mobile home, used manufactured building or used commercial coach in violation of the order to vacate.
