Nevada Code § 489.147

Specialty serviceperson defined

1. Specialty serviceperson means a
person who owns or is the designated responsible managing employee of a
business which is limited in the scope of the work it may perform on or in a
manufactured home, mobile home, manufactured building, modular component or
commercial coach or factory-built housing in accordance with NRS 489.325 .
2. The term does not include:
(a) A licensed manufacturer engaged in the repair
or service of a manufactured home, mobile home, manufactured building or
commercial coach or factory-built housing that was manufactured by the licensed
manufacturer;
(b) The owner or purchaser of a manufactured
home, mobile home or manufactured building or factory-built housing who uses
the manufactured home, mobile home or manufactured building or factory-built
housing as his or her private residence; or
(c) The owner or purchaser of a commercial coach
who uses the commercial coach for his or her own industrial, professional or
commercial purposes.
