Nevada Code § 489.102

General serviceperson defined

1. General serviceperson means a person
who owns or is the responsible managing employee of a business which:
(a) Installs or repairs the awnings, roofing,
skirting, plumbing, heating or electrical systems of a manufactured home,
mobile home, manufactured building or commercial coach or factory-built
housing;
(b) Installs, removes or prepares for transport a
manufactured home, mobile home, manufactured building or commercial coach or
factory-built housing at the site where it will be or has been used for
occupancy; or
(c) Reconstructs a manufactured home, mobile
home, manufactured building or commercial coach or factory-built housing by the
alteration, addition or substitution of substantial or essential parts.
2. The term does not include:
(a) A licensed manufacturer engaged in the
installation, repair or service of a manufactured home, mobile home,
manufactured building or commercial coach or factory-built housing that was
manufactured by the licensed manufacturer;
(b) The owner or purchaser of a manufactured
home, mobile home or manufactured building or factory-built housing who uses
the manufactured home, mobile home or manufactured building or factory-built
housing as his or her private residence; or
(c) The owner or purchaser of a commercial coach
who uses the commercial coach for his or her own industrial, professional or
commercial purposes.
