Franchisee defined

Franchisee
means any natural person or entity that, pursuant to a franchise, sells or
distributes new or used manufactured homes, mobile homes, manufactured
buildings, commercial coaches, factory-built housing or related goods or
services under, or operates using, the systems, trademark, service mark, trade
name, logo or other commercial symbol of the franchisor.
