1. Established place of business means
an enclosed building or structure owned either in fee or leased with sufficient
space to conduct the business of the dealer and large enough to accommodate the
office or offices of the dealer and to provide a safe place to keep the books
and other records of the business of the dealer, at which site or location the
principal portion of the dealers business is conducted.
2. The books and records of a dealer must
be kept and maintained at the dealers established place of business and be
open to inspection during usual business hours by any authorized agent of the
Division.
