Nevada Code § 488.115

Awarding of certificates of number; authorization of agents; retention of fee by agent; public records

1. The Department may award any
certificate of number directly or may authorize any person to act as an agent
for the awarding thereof. If a person accepts the authorization, the person may
be assigned a block of numbers and certificates therefor which upon award, in
conformity with the provisions of this chapter and with any regulations of the
Commission, is valid as if awarded directly by the Department. At the time an
agent forwards the money collected to the Department the agent may retain $1
per certificate of number.
2. All records of the Department made or
kept pursuant to this section are public records.
