An operator of a body shop shall: 1. Maintain an established place of business in this State which includes a permanent enclosed building owned in fee or leased by the operator with sufficient space to conduct safely the operations of the body shop. 2. At each of the operators established places of business, permanently affix a sign containing the name of the business in lettering of sufficient size to be clearly legible from the center of the nearest street or roadway, except that the lettering must be at least 8 inches high and formed by lines that are at least 1-inch wide.
