1. Whenever an entire salvage vehicle is sold to any person by a licensed automobile wrecker, the automobile wrecker shall deliver a properly endorsed salvage title to the buyer for such an entire salvage vehicle. 2. A salvage vehicle shall be deemed an entire salvage vehicle: (a) If all the following essential components are included and identifiable as coming from the same salvage vehicle: (1) The cowl assembly; (2) The floor pan assembly; (3) The passenger compartment; (4) The rear clip assembly; and (5) The roof assembly; and (b) In addition to the essential components required pursuant to paragraph (a): (1) If the salvage vehicle was manufactured with a conventional frame, the conventional frame is included and identifiable as coming from the same salvage vehicle; (2) If the salvage vehicle was manufactured with a unibody, the complete front inner structure is included and identifiable as coming from the same salvage vehicle; (3) If the salvage vehicle is a truck which was manufactured with a conventional frame, the conventional frame and the truck cab assembly are included and identifiable as coming from the same salvage vehicle; and (4) If the salvage vehicle is a truck which was manufactured with a unibody, the complete front inner structure and the truck cab assembly are included and identifiable as coming from the same salvage vehicle. 3. A salvage vehicle that does not satisfy the requirements of subsection 2 shall be deemed a part or parts of an entire salvage vehicle.
