Cancellation of license upon death of person signing minors application

The Department, upon
receipt of satisfactory evidence of the death of the persons who signed the
application of a minor for a motorcycle drivers license, shall cancel the
license and shall not issue a new license until a new application, signed and
verified, is made as required by NRS 486.011 to 486.381 , inclusive. This provision
does not apply if the minor has attained the age of 18 years.
