Nevada Code § 483.938

Application for noncommercial drivers license after disqualification for commercial drivers license based on concentration of alcohol

Any person who, in
accordance with regulations adopted by the Department pursuant to NRS 483.908 , is disqualified from driving a
commercial motor vehicle based on an alcohol concentration level that:
1. Does not otherwise constitute grounds
for disqualifying the person from driving a noncommercial motor vehicle
pursuant to the provisions of NRS 484C.210 ,
may apply to the Department for a noncommercial drivers license pursuant to
the provisions of NRS 483.010 to 483.630 , inclusive.
2. Also constitutes grounds for
disqualifying the person from driving a noncommercial motor vehicle pursuant to
the provisions of NRS 484C.210 may,
upon the expiration of the period of disqualification specified in that
section, apply to the Department for a noncommercial drivers license pursuant
to the provisions of NRS 483.010 to 483.630 , inclusive.
