A person who holds a commercial drivers license issued in another jurisdiction who wishes to transfer that license to this State must, within 30 days after becoming a resident of this State: 1. Apply to the Department for a commercial drivers license; and 2. Comply with all other requirements contained in the regulations adopted by the Department pursuant to NRS 483.908 .
