The provisions of NRS 483.700 to 483.780 , inclusive, do not apply to: 1. Public schools or educational institutions in which driving instruction is part of the curriculum. 2. Automobile dealers or their salespersons giving instruction without charge to purchasers of motor vehicles. 3. Employers giving instruction to their employees.
