It is a civil infraction punishable pursuant to NRS 484A.703 to 484A.705 , inclusive, for any person to violate any of the provisions of NRS 483.010 to 483.630 , inclusive, unless such violation is, by NRS 483.010 to 483.630 , inclusive, or other law of this State, declared to be a misdemeanor, gross misdemeanor or felony.
