Future driving privileges: Deemed possession by unlicensed driver who operates vehicle in Nevada

A
person who does not hold a valid license issued by this State or any other
state and who operates a vehicle in this State shall be deemed to have future
driving privileges that may be suspended if the person is found to have
committed a civil infraction in this State pursuant to NRS 484A.703 to 484A.705 , inclusive, or is convicted of
any criminal traffic offense in this State.
