Nevada Code § 483.420

Authority of Department to cancel license

1. The Department is hereby authorized to
cancel any drivers license upon determining that the licensee was not entitled
to the issuance thereof pursuant to NRS 483.010 to 483.630 , inclusive, or that the
licensee failed to give the required or correct information in his or her
application or committed any fraud in making an application.
2. Upon cancellation of a drivers license
pursuant to subsection 1, the licensee shall surrender the license cancelled to
the Department.
3. The Department is authorized to cancel
any license that is voluntarily surrendered to the Department.
