Nevada Code § 483.400

1. The Department shall maintain files of
applications for licenses. Such files shall contain:
(a) All applications denied and on each thereof
note the reasons for such denial.
(b) All applications granted.
(c) The name of every licensee whose license has
been suspended or revoked by the Department and after each such name note the
reasons for such action.
2. The Department shall also file all
crash reports and abstracts of court records of convictions or findings of the
commission of civil infractions pursuant to NRS
484A.703 to 484A.705 , inclusive,
received by it under the laws of this State, and in connection therewith
maintain convenient records or make suitable notations in order that an
individual record of each licensee showing the convictions or findings of such
licensee and the traffic crashes in which the licensee was involved are readily
ascertainable and available for the consideration of the Department upon any
application for renewal of license and at other suitable times.
