Placement of designation on license issued to person with disability which limits or impairs ability to walk

1. Upon the application of a person with a
disability which limits or impairs the ability to walk, the Department shall
place on any drivers license issued to the person pursuant to the provisions
of this chapter a designation that the person is a person with a disability.
The application must include a statement from a licensed physician or an
advanced practice registered nurse certifying that the applicant is a person
with a disability which limits or impairs the ability to walk.
2. For the purposes of this section,
person with a disability which limits or impairs the ability to walk has the
meaning ascribed to it in NRS 482.3835 .
