Except as otherwise provided in NRS 482.463 , upon the rescission or cancellation of the registration of any vehicle pursuant to NRS 482.460 to 482.475 , inclusive, or the surrender of the corresponding license plates, no refund of the registration fees or governmental services taxes paid for the vehicle may be allowed by the Department.
