1. Every foreign corporation exercising any of the powers, franchises or functions of a corporation in this State, violating any of the provisions of NRS 482.3643 to 482.3665 , inclusive, is prohibited from doing any business in this State, and the Attorney General shall enforce this provision by bringing proper proceedings by injunction or otherwise. 2. The Secretary of State is authorized to revoke the license of any such corporation previously authorized by the Secretary of State to do business in this State.
