No manufacturer, distributor, factory branch or representative thereof may induce by means of coercion, intimidation or discrimination any dealer to: 1. Order or accept delivery of any vehicle, parts or accessories therefor, or any other commodity which was not voluntarily ordered by the dealer. 2. Order or accept delivery of any vehicle with special features, appliances, accessories or equipment not included in the list price of the vehicle as publicly advertised by the manufacturer thereof. 3. Order from any person any parts, accessories, equipment, machinery, tools, appliances or other commodity.
