1. No broker may intentionally cause to be published, displayed or circulated any advertisement, including any listing in a telephone directory, in which the broker is represented to be any type of vehicle dealer, unless the broker has obtained the appropriate license from the Department as provided in this chapter. 2. A broker may not display, or use in conjunction with any form of advertisement, a vehicle the broker is not licensed to sell.
