Dealers: Signatures not required to be acknowledged on documents required to be filed with Department or other state agencies; exception

Except as otherwise provided in NRS 482.346 , the Department or any other
agency of this State shall not require that a dealer have his or her signature
acknowledged before a notary public or any other person authorized to take
acknowledgments in this State on any document the dealer is required to file
with the Department or agency.
