Grounds for denial, suspension or revocation of license; hearing

1. The Department may refuse to issue or
suspend or revoke a license as a vehicle transporter upon any of the following
grounds:
(a) Conviction of a felony in the State of Nevada
or any other state, territory or nation.
(b) Material misstatement in the application for
a license.
(c) Evidence of unfitness of the applicant or
licensee.
(d) Willful failure to comply with the provisions
of this chapter or the regulations adopted pursuant thereto, or any law
relating to the operation of a motor vehicle.
(e) Failure or refusal to furnish and keep in
force any bond.
(f) Failure of the licensee to maintain any other
license required by any political subdivision of this State.
(g) Knowingly having possession of a stolen motor
vehicle or a motor vehicle with a manufacturers identification number or other
distinguishing number or identification mark which has been falsely attached,
removed, defaced, altered or obliterated.
(h) Loaning or permitting the improper use of any
special license plate assigned to the vehicle transporter.
2. Any person whose application is denied
or license is suspended or revoked pursuant to this section is entitled to a
hearing as provided in NRS 482.353 .
