Nevada Code § 482.3173

Movement of vehicle without special license plate prohibited; restrictions on use of plates

1. A vehicle transporter shall not operate
any motor vehicle being transported by the vehicle transporter on the highways
of this State, or permit it to be so operated, unless a license plate assigned
to the vehicle transporter is attached thereto in the manner specified in this
chapter.
2. A vehicle transporter shall not:
(a) Loan the license plates assigned to him or
her to any other person;
(b) Permit those license plates to be used by any
other person or for a purpose other than permitted by NRS 482.316 to 482.3175 , inclusive; or
(c) Use those license plates on any vehicle in
which he or she has any ownership interest.
