1. A person shall not operate as a vehicle transporter in this State without a license issued by the Department. 2. The provisions of NRS 482.316 to 482.3175 , inclusive, do not apply to a manufacturer, distributor, dealer, broker or rebuilder licensed pursuant to the provisions of NRS 482.318 to 482.363 , inclusive.
