Estimated time for replacement defined

Estimated time for replacement means the
number of hours of labor, or a fraction thereof, needed to replace the damaged
parts of a passenger car as set forth in a guide for estimating damage caused by
a crash generally used in the business of repair of cars and commonly known as
a crash book.
