1. The Department shall provide a list of registered owners of motor vehicles in any county upon the request of a district judge or jury commissioner of the judicial district in which the county lies for use by the district judge or jury commissioner for purposes of jury selection. 2. The court or jury commissioner who requests the list shall reimburse the Department for the reasonable cost of the list.
