1. Recreational park trailer means a vehicle which is primarily designed to provide temporary living quarters for recreational, camping or seasonal use and which: (a) Is built on a single chassis mounted on wheels; (b) Has a gross trailer area not exceeding 400 square feet in the set-up mode; and (c) Is certified by the manufacturer as complying with Standard No. A119.5 of the American National Standards Institute. 2. Nothing in this section shall be construed to mean that a recreational park trailer is a vehicle which must be registered pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
