Kit trailer means a vehicle without motive power which: 1. Is designed to carry property on its own structure and to be drawn or towed by a motor vehicle; 2. Is sold new in an unassembled, prepackaged condition; 3. Does not exceed 6 feet in width and 8 feet in length once assembled; and 4. Does not weigh more than 250 pounds unladen.
