Farm vehicle means any vehicle or combination of vehicles which is: 1. Controlled and operated by a farmer or rancher; 2. Used to transport livestock, agricultural products, or ranch or farm machinery or supplies to or from a ranch or farm; and 3. Not used in the operation of a common motor carrier or contract motor carrier.
