Autocycle means a three-wheeled motor vehicle that: 1. Is designed with two front wheels and one rear wheel; 2. Is equipped with a steering wheel or handlebars; 3. Is equipped with safety belts for the driver and each passenger; 4. Uses foot pedals to control the braking and acceleration of the vehicle; 5. Does not require the operator or passengers to straddle or sit astride the vehicle; and 6. Has been manufactured to meet the federal safety requirements for a motorcycle.
