Nevada Code § 482.0107

Autocycle defined. [Effective on the date on which the Director of the Department of Motor Vehicles notifies the Governor and the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau that sufficient resources are available to enable the Department to carry out the amendatory provisions of chapter 233, Statutes of Nevada 2023, at page 1468 , which relate to autocycles.]

Autocycle
means a three-wheeled motor vehicle that:
1. Is designed with two front wheels and
one rear wheel;
2. Is equipped with a steering wheel or
handlebars;
3. Is equipped with safety belts for the
driver and each passenger;
4. Uses foot pedals to control the braking
and acceleration of the vehicle;
5. Does not require the operator or
passengers to straddle or sit astride the vehicle; and
6. Has been manufactured to meet the
federal safety requirements for a motorcycle.
