The Director shall, by regulation, define: 1. Address of principal residence as the term is used in chapters 483 and 486 of NRS; 2. Conviction as the term is used in NRS 483.010 to 483.630 , inclusive; and 3. Seasonal resident as the term is used in chapters 482 and 483 of NRS.
