Nevada Code § 480.450

Composition of Division

The
Investigation Division is composed of:
1. A Chief appointed by the Director; and
2. Within the limits of legislative
appropriations, a number of investigators and agents which the Director
determines to be sufficient to carry out the duties of the Division, who are
employed in the classified service of the State.
