Criminal intelligence information defined

Criminal intelligence information means any
information about an identifiable person or group of persons that is collected
by a natural person, a private entity or a public safety agency or another
federal, state or local governmental agency in an effort to detect, prevent,
investigate or respond to criminal activity or acts of terrorism.
