The Nevada Highway Patrol is composed of the following personnel appointed by the Director: 1. One Chief; and 2. Such number of inspectors, supervisors, troopers and commercial officers as the Director determines necessary to perform the duties set forth in NRS 480.360 , within the limits of legislative appropriations therefor.
