Nevada Code § 475.075

Intentional prevention or obstruction of search and rescue organization; penalty

1. A person who, with intent to prevent or
obstruct the response to an emergency, damages, removes or hinders the
operation of any vehicle, apparatus, equipment or animal being used or which may
be used in an emergency by a member of a search and rescue organization, is
guilty of a public offense, as prescribed in NRS
193.155 , proportionate to the value of the loss resulting therefrom, but in
no event less than a misdemeanor.
2. As used in this section, vehicle
means any device in, upon, or by which any person or property is or may be
transported.
