1. The notice shall:
(a) State the filing of the petition and the
names of the petitioners.
(b) Describe the lands mentioned in the petition
and in the prayer of the petition.
(c) Notify all persons interested in or who may
be affected by such change of the boundaries of the district to appear at the
offices of the board, at a time named in the notice, and show cause in writing,
if any they have, why the proposed change in boundaries should not be made.
2. The time specified in the notice at
which they shall be required to show cause shall be the regular meeting of the
board next after the expiration of time for the publication of the notice.
