Nevada Code § 474.100

Persons entitled to vote; voting by proxy

1. Every qualified elector within the
district may vote either in person or by proxy at any election held by the
district.
2. No person may vote by proxy unless the
proxy to cast his or her vote is evidenced by an instrument in writing duly
acknowledged before a notary public and filed with the board of election.
