Issuance of license; licensee subject to regulations and disciplinary action

1. Upon the award of dates to any
applicant and upon payment of the license fees as prescribed in this chapter,
the Commission shall issue a license for the holding of the meeting or meetings
during the dates awarded to the applicant, and for which the license fees shall
have been paid.
2. A licensee shall be subject to all the
rights, regulations and conditions from time to time prescribed by the
Commission and the license shall be subject to suspension or revocation by the
Commission as provided in this chapter.
