Nevada Code § 464.017

Immunity from civil liability for good-faith actions of Commission, Board and Off-Track Pari-Mutuel Wagering Committee

In addition to any other rights, privileges
and immunities recognized by law, the State of Nevada, the Commission and any
of its members, employees, attorneys and other personnel, the Board and any of
its members, employees, attorneys and other personnel, and the Off-Track
Pari-Mutuel Wagering Committee appointed pursuant to NRS 464.020 and any of its members,
employees, attorneys and other personnel are immune from civil liability for
any decision or action taken in good faith and without malicious intent in
carrying out the provisions of this chapter.
